We are now looking for a Team Leader at the Ljungby Distribution Center

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Night shift)

A 6-month probationary period applies.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading the operational operations at night for a team of distributors. The role involves assisting with personnel planning and workload distribution together with a Distribution Manager (supervisor). You will have daily dialogue with the Distribution Manager, who acts as a close support to ensure that you follow the company's strategy and processes. Since the role of Team Leader is an operational position, you will also work with distribution, similar to your employees, which is one of your main tasks.

In line with our core values – openness, engagement, integrity, and business-mindedness – you work in consultation with distributors and other staff to ensure that delivery, quality, and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities as a Team Leader include:

• Leading and distributing work during night-time distribution with a focus on the operational level.
• Assisting with personnel planning and workload distribution.
• Handling incident reports.
• Onboarding new colleagues into the operations.
• Transporting products between different locations within the operations.
• Active dialogue with the Distribution Manager.
• Other operational work concerning premises, tools, etc.
• Responsibility for initiating and leading projects that contribute to our continuous improvement work.

As a Team Leader, you report to the Distribution Manager.

You understand the importance of collaboration and how to create motivation within the work group through a professional and clear approach. As a Team Leader, you have no problem helping and leading your employees remotely, as the work is spread out over a geographical area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leading and distributing work.
• Swedish or EU driver's license (Category B) valid for at least one year.
• Upper secondary education.
• Good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English.
