As an inside sales representative, you will become a central part of our successful team. Your primary task is to make initial contact with both B2B and B2C customers, generate interest in our energy solutions, and schedule meetings for our outside sales team. To some extent, you will also handle incoming leads and send quotes remotely.

You will be provided with the right conditions from day one – and all the opportunities to succeed in the role. We offer an efficient dialing system, ready-made phone lists to contact, as well as incoming inquiries via our website.

This is a role for you who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and inspiring others. You will receive all the tools and training you need to succeed – the only thing you need to bring is your energy, drive, and willingness to perform.

Nordic Energy Solutions works with the installation of solar panels, battery storage, and charging boxes for private individuals, companies, agriculture, and property owners. We are a company in strong growth.

You will work from our office in Kalmar together with a team of engaged colleagues who share your desire to achieve results. We offer a structured work environment with clear goals and great freedom under responsibility.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Enjoy interacting with people and have a positive aura.
  • Have the ability to build trust quickly, even in conversations with business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Have strong self-drive and are motivated by achieving set goals.
  • Have previous experience from sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing (meritorious, but not a requirement).
  • Are computer literate and enjoy working with digital tools.
