About the Role

We are looking for someone with a technical background who thrives in a role where service and repair of light commercial vehicles, quality, and responsibility are at the center. You are engaged and appreciate both customer contact and collaboration, while taking great personal responsibility in your work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school level education in vehicle technology and at least five years of experience in workshop work
• Class B driver's license
• Service-oriented, with a professional and friendly approach towards customers and colleagues
• Meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious in your working methods
• Accustomed to taking responsibility and working independently
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing
• A team player who sees continuous professional development as a natural part of the role
• It is an asset if you have experience with Renault and their systems, as well as experience with Tacdis

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the customer throughout the entire process, from booking to the finished vehicle
• Perform service and repair work on Renault's light commercial vehicles (light trucks)
• Work primarily with corporate customers
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting using advanced tools and systems
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in every assignment

Employment Type, Scope, and Location

The position is permanent with an initial probationary period, full-time, located at Bilmånsson in Ystad.
