Do you want to work in a technically advanced production environment where quality, environment, and continuous improvement are the focus? We are now looking for a Process Manager in surface treatment for one of our industrial clients in the Gnosjö region.

About the Role

As a Process Manager, you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and quality-assured surface treatment processes. You will work both operationally and developmentally, with a focus on process optimization, follow-up, and improvement work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor surface treatment processes
• Ensure that process parameters are followed and optimized
• Work with quality follow-up and deviation management
• Participate in and drive improvement initiatives
• Ensure correct handling of chemicals and environmental requirements
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with technical understanding and preferably experience in surface treatment, chemical-intensive production, or similar process industries. You are analytical, structured, and have a strong quality mindset.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in process optimization
• Knowledge of chemical handling and environmental requirements
• Experience working with documentation and procedures
