As a letter carrier, you are the pulse of everything we do. We change with the world, but our societal mission is the same today as it was yesterday. As the last link in the delivery chain, you are part of a teamwork and context where joy and pride are our culture.

This position is a summer temporary job with a 90% employment rate. The employment starts as early as week 25 and lasts until week 35 at the latest. Your working hours will be during the day, approximately 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. There may be a chance for extension after the temporary job ends. You will be based at Kranbalksgatan 2, 721 38 Västerås.

What you will do

• Sort mail.
• Distribute letters, small packages, newspapers, and advertising using an e-bike, right-hand drive car, electric vehicle, or moped.
• Plan and carry out your workday in the best way based on the day's route.

Who you are

• Self-driven: You know what you need to do, and you do it.
• Enjoy being outdoors: If the weather bites, you bite back.
• Organized and punctual: Order and tidiness are important to ensure good delivery on time.
• Good fitness and mobility: You are on the move for large parts of the day.
• Flexible: Even though you follow a route, unplanned things happen occasionally that you need to act on.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Good sense of service.
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Class B driver's license: Used to driving and safe in traffic.
• High school diploma, or currently studying the final year of high school.
