This is Aleris ASIH Nynäshamn. Here, doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, counselors, and occupational therapists work together with a common goal: to provide the best care at home. We are part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes a specialized palliative care unit, basic home care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

Aleris ASIH has several locations in Stockholm. ASIH Nynäshamn is located in the center of Nynäshamn with easy access to public transport. We operate within a defined geographical area and use environmentally classified cars between patient visits.

We work with the journal system TakeCare and the planning tool iTacih. You therefore need good computer skills – but most importantly, you need a team spirit, patience, and the will to put the patient first.

Who are you?

• You are a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience, preferably with specialist nurse education in palliative care, oncological care, or district nursing
• You have a B driver's license and speak/write Swedish fluently
• You are secure in your role, have good medical competence, and enjoy collaborating
• Previous experience working within ASIH is a big plus

The position in brief: Permanent employment, full-time. Start date: As agreed. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
