About the position

Academic Work is now seeking a warehouse assistant/forklift driver for our client during the summer. The position is full-time during weeks 25-32, with working hours Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. In this role, you will work closely with a colleague and be responsible for handling incoming goods as well as picking and packing orders. Tasks include packaging, wrapping, and ensuring that all deliveries are sent on time and in good condition. You will use an iPad to get an overview of deliveries and create shipping and waybills.

An important part of the role is also forklift driving, which means you will load and unload goods and move materials within the warehouse. This position suits you if you thrive in a high work tempo, enjoy physical work, and have an eye for detail. To succeed in this role, you must be meticulous, responsible, and committed to maintaining high quality in everything you do.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in warehouse and forklift work
• Has basic computer skills to handle warehouse systems
• Has a B4 forklift license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily work with colleagues and suppliers
• Is available for work during weeks 25-32.
• Thrives working at a high tempo
