About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. Hornbach's drive-in is a logistics center where customers pick up most of the heavier building and timber materials.

Examples of typical tasks

• Handle daily operations, including unloading incoming goods
• Check and restock merchandise
• Provide advice and sell building and timber products to customers
• Administer and pick customer orders
• Assist in other departments when needed

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent, along with experience in retail.
• Experience in selling building materials
• Stress-resistant, meticulous, and skilled in teamwork.
• We value a good sense of order and expect you to have a natural, outgoing working style.
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• Bring customers' projects to life through professional advice on our wide product range
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and a Class B driver's license are required

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled shifts during the day and evening, every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement
