About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model regarding engagement, drive, and teamwork. At our goods receiving department, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring an efficient flow of goods from the receiving area until the product is available in the store.

Examples of typical tasks

• Loading and unloading of goods, delivery of goods in the store
• Performing quantity/quality checks on goods deliveries
• Managing internal supply and logistics
• Handling returns and reverse transport to suppliers
• Entering delivery and return notes
• Waste management
• Document handling

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent, as well as experience in retail
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• Realize customer projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Strong sense of service and customer orientation, as well as knowledge of logistics
• Meticulous and solution-oriented
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift is a requirement
• Class B driver's license is a requirement

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours include days, evenings, and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
