About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and serve as a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and teamwork. At our goods receiving department, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of goods from the receiving area until the products are available on the shop floor.

Examples of typical tasks

• Loading and unloading of goods, delivery of items to the store
• Performing quantity and quality checks on deliveries
• Managing internal supply and logistics
• Handling returns and transport back to suppliers
• Entering delivery and return notes
• Waste management
• Document handling

Your profile

• High school education or equivalent, plus experience in retail
• Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service
• Able to realize customer projects through professional advice on our wide product range
• Strong sense of service and customer orientation, with knowledge of logistics
• Meticulous and solution-oriented
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift are required
• Class B driver's license is required

Working hours/Duration: Permanent position. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours include days, evenings, and every other weekend.
Salary: According to collective agreement.
