We are looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for the order flow, drive the team forward, and ensure our customers receive their products quickly, safely, and with a top-class service experience.

About the Role

As E-commerce Manager – Pick & Pack, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring all online orders from tehusetjava.se are handled efficiently, structured, and with the highest quality. You will lead a team (2–6 people depending on the season) and ensure everything flows smoothly – from order receipt to delivery.

You will report to our E-commerce Manager and work closely with marketing, IT, and the store team. The role is operational, and you will be active on the pick & pack line yourself, especially during high-pressure campaign periods.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and book deliveries for orders placed via tehusetjava.se
• Ensure correct and secure packaging
• Daily task allocation and coaching of the team
• Contact with drivers from PostNord and DHL
• Order packaging materials and ensure the warehouse is well-stocked
• Handle goods deliveries and restock shelves
• Coordinate stock notes and out-of-stock situations
• Plan staffing and schedule personnel
• Introduce and train new staff
• Plan shelf locations, sections, and labels
• Participate in weekly meetings with other stores and e-commerce

Customer Service for Web

• Answer calls on the web hotline
• Assist customers with orders and navigation
• Answer general inquiries

Administration & Systems

• Contribute to the implementation of new systems (warehouse, shipping, order flows)
• Upload new products into the system
