About the company Cloetta was founded in 1862 and is a leading confectionery company in the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. In total, Cloetta's products are sold in more than 50 countries. Cloetta owns some of the strongest brands on the market, such as Läkerol, Ahlgrens, Jenkki, Kexchoklad, Malaco, and Sportlife. Cloetta operates seven factories in five countries. In Ljungsbro, Cloetta has its production facility for chocolate, wafer, foam, and enrobed products. Approximately 350 people work here today.

Your responsibilities In the role of Process Operator, you are responsible, together with your team, for ensuring that production takes place in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. Tasks rotate, providing variety in your work. You will be responsible for everything from operating machines and monitoring processes to performing quality control, packaging, and basic maintenance. Cloetta is committed to ensuring you get a great start and will provide a thorough introduction and support from a mentor so that you feel secure in your role from day one.

• At Cloetta, work is organized in 5-shift, 4-shift, and 3-shift systems. The work is shift-based and involves rotation between day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, if working in 5-shift or 4-shift systems.

Your profile We believe you are a careful and engaged person driven to do a good job. You are responsible, enjoy collaborating with others, and always strive to deliver high quality in what you do. Your curiosity makes you eager to learn more and develop.

We would like you to have:

• Experience from the process or food industry

• Forklift license

• Overhead crane license (Travers)

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to work shifts

• Class B driver's license
