About the Position

Are you a driven CNC operator with a keen eye for accuracy and quality? Do you want to work in a prestigious workshop environment with large, complex machines and challenging tasks? Then this might be the job for you!

As a CNC operator, you will play a vital role in production. You will work independently but also in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your responsibility is to ensure that production runs according to plan with the highest possible precision and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Programming and setting up machines
• Maintaining production within your production group
• Self-inspection of manufactured goods and marking after operations
• Reporting deviations and suggesting improvements
• Performing preventive maintenance (PM) according to plan and routines
• Ensuring correct information transfer during shift changes
• Handling waste and chemicals according to current routines
• Contributing to resource-efficient production through energy and material conservation
• Performing other workshop-related tasks as needed

The start date for this position is immediate or by agreement. Working hours are arranged in two shifts. The assignment is planned to be permanent, with you initially employed by Ikett.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a CNC operator, preferably in heavy industrial manufacturing
• Can read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Has good experience in programming and setting up CNC machines
• Is meticulous, self-reliant, and responsible
• Has an eye for improvements and quality
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
