About the role

As an industrial worker, you will work in daily production with responsibility for ensuring a stable and efficient flow. You will work both independently and together with the team, focusing on quality, safety, and delivery.

The role involves operational work where you handle both machines and materials, as well as contribute to maintaining structure and order in the business.

Examples of tasks:

• Forklift driving and material handling • Work as a machine operator • Loading and unloading of materials • Monitoring of production flow and equipment • Ensuring order, structure, and quality in work processes • Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment

Who are you

We are looking for someone with experience in industry, production, or warehousing, who thrives in an operational role where you work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your work.

You are a person who works meticulously, is solution-oriented, and has the ability to contribute to a stable and functioning business.

We see that you have:

• Previous leadership experience

• Experience in forklift driving, such as counterbalance forklift, clamp truck, or low-lift truck

• Experience in industry, production, or warehousing

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic computer skills

• Valid forklift license

It is an advantage if you have experience as a machine operator or have previously held a role with increased responsibility in production.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a professional approach to your work. You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a stable and positive work environment.

The position starts with an introduction during daytime (Monday–Friday from 07:30 to 16:00) and then transitions to shift work:

• Monday–Friday from 06:00 to 14:00 • Monday–Thursday from 13:00 to 22:00

Start is immediate by agreement.
