Your responsibilities

We are currently seeking a responsible service technician specializing in control and regulation for Property Management Nyköping.

• Operation monitoring, troubleshooting, control, optimization, and fault resolution of various installations and their overarching control systems.
• The role includes some administrative tasks, such as managing work orders in our operational system, placing orders, follow-ups, and maintaining statistics when needed.
• Developing proposals for improvement measures.
• Performing work in other technical areas as needed.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and is trained as a control and regulation technician. Alternatively, you may have other education and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position.

This role involves significant contact with people at various levels, so strong social and communication skills are required.

• You have knowledge focused on troubleshooting, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• You are proficient with computers and have administrative skills, as all reporting is done digitally.
• The position requires good Swedish language skills in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Class B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have professional competence in:

• Knowledge of ventilation systems/cooling
• Knowledge of piping systems and sub-stations
• Background as an operations technician
• Other specialized competence within property technology
• Knowledge of Schneider Ecostruxure Building Operation

Employment type and working hours

Permanent full-time employment. Start as soon as possible after agreement. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00. On-call duty may be included. Travel within the county during working hours may occur.
