Assemblers needed for a well-known industrial company in Eskilstuna!

Are you someone who thrives when working with your hands? Do you have a natural aptitude for assembly and want to become part of a strong team? We are now seeking motivated assemblers for our client's operations in Eskilstuna!

As an assembler, you will work on the practical assembly of products along the production line. The work is physical, and you will work in a team where you collectively ensure the flow runs smoothly. To create variety and broaden your competence, you will learn several different stations. This means you will switch between two or more lines, which requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing assembly according to instructions with high precision.
• Ensuring your station runs smoothly and maintaining high quality.
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a good team spirit on the department.
• Actively contributing to stable production through high punctuality and engagement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is either at the beginning of their career and wants to get a foot in the door of the industry, or someone who already has experience and wants to continue developing in a stable production environment. Regardless of your previous professional background, the most important thing to us is your attitude and your practical skills. You have a natural habit of working with your hands, something you may have gained from previous jobs or through a strong practical interest and hobby in your spare time. Furthermore, we require that you meet the following criteria:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a genuine interest in practical work.
• Are a team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve common goals
• Value punctuality highly. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of being on time and who has a high work ethic. Your presence is crucial for the team's success
• Are unpretentious and can switch between different stations with a positive focus
• Hold a Class B driver's license
• Have good knowledge of Swedish to be able to follow safety regulations and instructions
