Property Services is one of the business areas within Regionservice. In Region Sörmland properties, we provide everything related to property management, including systems for heating, ventilation, hot water, cooling, and access control systems. We also assist with various assembly services, such as installation/dismantling of shelves, furnishings, minor plumbing services, etc. The role of a service technician within property services aims to support healthcare so that they can provide full-scale care for our citizens. Your tasks

• Inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting through work orders and fault finding, addressing emerging faults in technical installations, buildings, and other functions in the properties.
• Carry out orders from our customers.
• Development of proposals for improvement measures.
• Perform work in other technical areas when needed.

As a service technician, you are responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are completed with good results and within the required timeframes. You keep the customer regularly informed and do so with a strong service mindset.

Your competence

We are looking for someone with at least a few years of experience as a general technician within property services. Alternatively, you have other education and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position. This role involves significant contact with people at various levels, so good social and communication skills are required.

• You are a versatile technician who enjoys variety within property management.
• Have documented experience of the above-described or similar tasks.
• Have good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally.
• The position requires good Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension.
• Class B driver's license.

Merits if you have professional competence in:

• Knowledge of plumbing (VVS)

Employment form and employment rate

Permanent full-time employment. Start as soon as agreed. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 16:00. On-call duty may be included. Travel within the county during working hours may occur.
