About the Company

We are a premium manufacturer of motorboats in the leisure boat segment. Within Nimbus Group, 500 people work primarily in development, sales, and production. The headquarters is located in Långedrag, outside Gothenburg. At our production unit in Lugnås, we started building boats under the Nimbus brand as early as 1968. Following the expansion of our factory in 2022, we now have an annual capacity to build approximately 100 boats in the size class between 30 and 50 feet, employing 120 people.

Job Description

Nimbus is in an expansion phase and needs new colleagues for production! At Nimbus, your daily routine is often varied, and you drive your work forward based on various deadlines. There are many different tasks depending on which department you work in: assembly, electrical installation, warehousing, laminating, painting/gelcoating, trim and surface work, etc.

You will work at the production unit in Lugnås, just outside Mariestad. The work is primarily carried out during the day, though some shifts may be adjusted for parts of the production. Start date according to agreement. This is a recruitment, so you will be employed directly by Nimbus Group AB.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the will and drive to learn new tasks. Having an eye for craftsmanship and a technical interest is highly advantageous. Being able to handle hand tools is important for this job; additionally, a naturally problem-solving attitude is a great foundation. Since you will be working in a team, it is important that you can collaborate and have a positive attitude. We also require a high work ethic; being orderly, responsible, and quality-conscious is essential for you to succeed and thrive with us at Nimbus.

Having a forklift license, hoist license, lift license, and/or certification for hot work is an advantage. Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) and the ability to read technical instructions in Swedish is a requirement.
