Råda Industries is an established mechanical workshop specializing in prototype and contract manufacturing. The company delivers components and solutions to clients in several technically demanding industries where quality, precision, and delivery reliability are critical.

Thanks to continued trust from both existing and new customers, Råda Industries is in a phase of positive development. To meet increased order volumes and further strengthen production, we are now seeking a new employee to join the operation. Here, you will become part of a stable company with a long-term perspective, a modern machine park, and a strong team spirit.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with manual machining where varied and practical workshop tasks are the focus.

The work includes semi-manual milling, drilling, counterboring, and threading, as well as support turning. Manual rolling is also part of the tasks. Depending on your experience and the company's needs, work on CNC milling and turning machines may also be relevant.

You will work based on drawings and manufacturing documentation, ensuring that parts are manufactured with correct dimensions, tolerances, and quality. The role requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and a holistic view of the manufacturing process.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, engaged, and responsible. You take initiative in your work and thrive in a production environment where quality and collaboration are central parts of daily life.

You have experience from the workshop industry and a good ability to read and interpret drawings and manufacturing documentation. You work in a structured and independent manner, while also being a team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
