Are you an experienced site supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects?

We are expanding and are now seeking driven site supervisors for a large, exciting project in Gävle!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in ongoing work and follow up on the project in all parts of the production process: start, execution, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to the client's expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, working environment, laws, and contracts.
• Drive working environment issues at the work sites according to the company's goals and action plans.
• Participate in the creation of schedules and their alignment.
• Assist in work preparations together with the project personnel.
• Approve time reports for own personnel.
• Contribute to ensuring that estimates and bids comply with the decision-making order and profitability goals.
• Prepare production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Be responsible for the financial reconciliation of the project together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in bids and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the client.
• Optimally allocate resources within projects and assignments.
• Participate in project closures according to current routines and knowledge transfer within the site organization.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a site supervisor in earthworks and construction.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an asset.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience in personnel management and leading contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within earthworks and construction projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license.
