Alnöitskolan is a school that gives students the best opportunities and prerequisites to have their entire educational journey in a safe, coherent, and equitable context from the first day in preschool class to the last day in grade 9. Located on the heights in Ankarsvik, we have approximately 220 students, which gives us the safety and closeness of a smaller school, but the opportunities and framework of a larger one. We offer students a high-quality, teacher-led education that prepares them for a constantly changing society. In this work, we seek teachers who combine subject expertise with good relationships and creative ideas. Those who think outside the box, but within the curriculum documents.

For the academic year 26/27, we are now looking for a cook who, together with the kitchen manager, is responsible for the school's preparation kitchen. The position includes common kitchen tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, planning, and facility management.

The school kitchen at Alnöitskolan is an integrally integrated part of the school, and collaboration between the kitchen, students, and other staff is something we value. As a cook, you are also an important role model for the students and an important present adult.

We have a special focus on health and sustainability and want these areas to also permeate the school meals.

We are looking for you who:

• Has experience of working as a cook in a school or preschool.
• Has a low-affective approach and an attitude that all children want to succeed.
• Values work around health and sustainability for a holistic view of students' learning and well-being.
• Is self-reliant in your work in the kitchen and finds it easy to collaborate at different levels.
• Brings your own ideas and initiatives to develop the school and the school kitchen together.
