About the Community Planning Department
The Community Planning Department employs approximately 200 people with the mission of making Sigtuna Municipality an attractive, vibrant, and safe place to live and work. We plan new residential and business areas. We design and build streets and water/sewage pipelines. We manage parks and forests, as well as schoolyards, preschool yards, and playgrounds. We handle traffic issues, parking enforcement, waste management, and much more. We are responsible for regulatory authority, exercising supervision and control, and issuing permits within our areas. We invest in our employees through excellent resources for professional development and joint activities.
About the Real Estate Department
The Real Estate Department is currently undergoing a transformation journey. Through portfolio management and an internal rent model, working methods have fundamentally changed. The department consists of two units: The Quarter Land Management Unit and the Public Space Management Unit.
The department's mission is to represent the municipal council in the role of property owner through an efficient and professional client and management function for the municipality's local accommodation and land management.
The Position
We are looking for 2 Facilities Technicians.
Job Responsibilities
- Rounding of operational spaces.
- Reporting faults.
- Minor maintenance work.
- Operational monitoring.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a vocational college education (YH) in facility technology, operational technology, or equivalent experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You must have good knowledge of operation, monitoring, and optimization of technical systems in buildings. A Class B driver's license is a requirement.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with others.
