Your Responsibilities

You will be based at the workshop department in Gällivare, where most of the work is performed. Your tasks will include:

• Coating of raw rubber
• Manufacturing and assembly of wear rubber products
• Repair and maintenance of conveyor belts
• Assembly and service of belt scrapers
• Shot blasting and similar tasks

The work is varied, where precision and problem-solving go hand in hand.

Your Profile

Who we are looking for
We believe you have some form of practical background – perhaps from industry, rubber, assembly, or working with material cutting. Experience with hard plastics, wear coating, or repair of rubberized products is a plus. Have you worked as a floor layer? Then you have hands-on experience that is very valuable to us.

But most importantly, it is about you as a person:

• You are curious, practical, and enjoy finding solutions
• You thrive in a small group where people help each other
• You are independent but work well in collaboration
• You take responsibility for your work and see opportunities for further development

Requirements: Class B driver's license

Additional Information

This is primarily a day-time position based in Gällivare, but some adjustments for weekly commuters are possible. Accommodation can be arranged by the company if needed, and the work takes place mainly in the workshop.
