Your Responsibilities

You will be placed at the workshop department in Gällivare, where most of the work is performed. Your tasks will include:

• Application of raw rubber linings
• Manufacturing and assembly of wear rubber products
• Repair and maintenance of conveyor belts
• Assembly and service of belt scrapers
• Blasting work and similar tasks

The work is varied, where precision and problem-solving go hand in hand.

Your Profile

Who we are looking for
We believe you have some form of practical background – perhaps from industry, rubber, assembly, or working with material cutting. Experience with hard plastics, wear linings, or repair of rubberized products is a plus. Have you worked as a flooring installer? Then you have hands-on experience that is very valuable to us.

But most importantly, it is about you as a person:

• You are curious, practical, and enjoy finding solutions
• You thrive in a small group where people help each other
• You are independent but work well in collaboration
• You take responsibility for your work and see opportunities for further development

Requirements: Class B driver's license

Additional Information

This is primarily a daytime position, but some adjustments for weekly commuters may be possible. Accommodation can be arranged by the company if needed, and the work takes place mainly in the workshop.
