Operator in Spray Painting / Lacquering

About the Position

In this role, you will work in a manufacturing environment where quality, structure, and safety are central parts of everyday life. You will be responsible for handling process equipment and machines that convert raw materials into components or finished parts for the end product. The tasks also include careful pre-treatment of surfaces before lacquering, where the material must be cleaned and prepared according to established requirements. You will ensure that production is carried out on time, with high quality and in accordance with established workflows, standardized processes, and safety regulations. The role also includes material handling, some heavy lifting, and working with overhead cranes.

The position is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, with a planned start in April. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a transition to a permanent position. During the training period, you will work daytime, after which the position will shift to two shifts including weekends. Internal training will be provided on-site to ensure you quickly get into the tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has the ability to take initiative. You thrive in a production environment where the pace can vary and where you get to work physically with varied tasks. You have a strong focus on safety and work in a structured and quality-conscious manner. We would like you to have previous experience or education in spray painting/lacquering, and it is advantageous if you also have experience from the manufacturing industry.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

Education or experience in spray painting/lacquering.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Overhead crane certification is advantageous.
