Therefore, we have a very clear structure regarding the positions available at our restaurants. Moving from service staff to team leader is a process that everyone with us can strive for. For us, the most important thing is to create the right team spirit and ensure clarity on what needs to be done in every situation. In short, the right person in the right place. The job involves quite hard work, and personal meticulousness is a requirement.
You must be able to work in a team, be responsive, and listen to your colleagues.
The job involves a lot of cleaning and dishwashing at a high pace.
You will work according to a fixed full-time schedule. One week consists of shorter lunch shifts and a full Saturday; the next week is Monday to Friday with lunch and evening shifts.
