About the Client Company

Your Responsibilities

We are currently seeking process operators for upcoming assignments with a focus on safe, stable, and efficient production in a complex process environment. In this role, you will monitor and control the process from the control room as well as on the plant floor. You will follow process parameters, adjust flows and temperatures, and ensure that production maintains the correct quality and capacity. The work also involves sampling, deviation handling, and documentation according to current procedures.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in the process industry, such as smelting plants, the metal industry, energy, or other heavy production. You have good technical understanding and are accustomed to working both practically on the plant floor and monitoring control systems. Forklift license and overhead crane license are required as material handling is a natural part of the work. Experience with control and regulation systems is an asset.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have the ability to act calmly and methodically even during operational deviations. You thrive in an environment where safety, accuracy, and collaboration are crucial for the result. The position involves shift work.
