About the Client Company

Your Responsibilities

Lindab develops, produces, sells, and distributes energy-efficient products and solutions within ventilation, indoor climate, and building components. As a machine operator at Lindab's production unit in Piteå, you will work primarily with the manufacturing of sandwich panels. As part of Lindab's team, you will work with your colleagues to manufacture and deliver high-quality products to Lindab's customers. As production staff, your main task is to ensure that the manufacturing process of the company's products runs smoothly. You will work on a production line, and together with your workgroup, you are responsible for ensuring that planned production is carried out according to applicable routines, instructions, and quality requirements. The tasks vary throughout the day, and all employees should be able to work at each station. Working hours are scheduled in 2-shifts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, has a strong focus, and is meticulous in how you perform your tasks. If you are also a responsible person who goes the extra mile to ensure that you and your colleagues enjoy your work, you are exactly who we are looking for! For the position of machine operator, we seek someone who has studied a practical/technical program such as industrial, electrical, or automotive programs and/or has previous experience from the manufacturing industry. We believe you can read blueprints and have a forklift license B.

It is also advantageous if you have a crane license and are familiar with LEAN as a working methodology. A requirement is fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
