We are now looking for a Property Manager with overall responsibility for Segment South, which covers our property portfolio in Blekinge, Skåne, and Kronoberg.

About the role

As a Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for net operating income, finance, and the development of your property portfolio. You work both strategically and operationally, ensuring that revenues and costs are optimized while complying with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for net operating income, budget, and financial follow-up
• Leasing, rent negotiations, and contract drafting for premises
• Procurement and follow-up of suppliers and contractors
• Driving smaller renovation and installation projects
• Ensuring internal controls and property management responsibilities
• Monitoring customer satisfaction (NKI/reviews) and initiating improvement measures
• Participating in energy optimization and property development

Location and employment type

We have offices in Ronneby and Malmö (Oxie), and your location will be adapted based on where you live. The position is a permanent full-time job, starting with a six-month probation period. Start date is negotiable, preferably before summer.

Qualifications and personal attributes

We are looking for someone who is business-oriented, structured, and has a strong personal drive. You are unpretentious, enjoy responsibility, and view change as a natural part of everyday life.

We prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Experience in property management
• Knowledge of tenancy and contract law
• Some negotiation experience
• Good computer skills
• Good collaboration skills and social competence
• Class B driver's license
