What will you do?

As a leader in Maintenance, you will be operationally involved in preventive and corrective maintenance within production while also working strategically towards the company's set goals. You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting journey in Volvo's continued development, where you will have an important responsibility for the work environment.

In this role, you will work on the skills development of your team, planning and following up on activities, as well as analyzing key figures to ensure that we are always leading in our field. You will also continuously develop the team's skills through training, coaching, and individual development, ensuring that our standards are met.

As a leader in Maintenance at Megacasting, you will have a dynamic and varied workday, working in a 4-shift schedule.

You and your skills

We are looking for someone with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and leading people in the field. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a fast pace and have a strong ability to drive work forward. You work in a structured manner and contribute to maintaining a high 5S level while driving continuous improvements.

You are confident in practical problem-solving within maintenance and its core competencies: Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Robotics, and Hydraulics. Perhaps you are already working as a maintenance leader or in a similar role?

• * Electrical competence: Authorization for low voltage (AL) according to Appendix 1 in ELSÄK-FS 2017:4 or a 2-year Electrical Technical high school or equivalent.
• * Experience with Maximo or similar maintenance systems.
• * Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
• * Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
