We are looking for a competent and dedicated machine operator for landscape maintenance.

Job Description

As part of our team, you will work on the maintenance of larger green areas and operate our machines such as the Toro Groundmaster 4000d and other professional machines for mowing, trimming, weeding, and other tasks related to outdoor environmental maintenance. Our largest client is the city of Västerås, where we take care of parks and green areas in the central parts of Västerås, mowing approximately 10,000 hectares of grass per year.

Experience with similar machines is required:

Mower such as Toro Groundsmaster 4000d smartpower.

Husqvarna P524 efi with front attachment.

Compact tractor in the 60hp class with towed mowing units.

Remote-controlled mower Spider 2 SGS for slopes and hard-to-reach grass areas.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in landscape maintenance with machines similar to ours.
• Is responsible, structured, and willing to work.
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team.
• Has high professional pride and attention to detail in your work.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Has good communication skills and basic language skills in Swedish or English.

You enjoy working outdoors, are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive work environment. You work independently within given frameworks and have an understanding of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Position

• Working hours are mainly from 06:00 to 15:00, but flexibility is required as work may sometimes be adjusted according to weather conditions.
• Period: mid-May to the end of September.
• Scope: full-time
• Hourly wage according to applicable collective agreement.
