About the position

In the role of Technician in property operations with us, you will have a stimulating job where you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of ventilation systems in a technically advanced and critical hospital environment where high demands are placed on indoor climate and patient safety. You will belong to a team of currently 14 engaged colleagues with different competencies who together are responsible for establishing safe operations with the help of a well-developed preventive maintenance program.

Your main tasks will include:

• Perform planned maintenance, supervision, and care of ventilation and climate systems
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve operational disturbances in ventilation systems
• Troubleshooting of technical systems to ensure good indoor climate
• Work with balancing, functional checks, and optimization of ventilation systems
• Collaborate with healthcare operations and other technical functions to minimize disruptions in ongoing care
• Report deviations and contribute improvement suggestions for energy efficiency
• Work in administrative systems for documentation, follow-up, and reporting

On-call duty may occur in the position.

About you

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-sufficient, and responsible. Furthermore, you are a meticulous and quality-conscious person who is solution-oriented. You work in a structured manner and have a good ability to collaborate – both with internal and external parties.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Technical education in ventilation, HVAC, or equivalent competence
• Good knowledge of property systems and indoor climate technology
• Good skills in troubleshooting and resolving ventilation-related issues
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology related to property systems
• Experience in air flow measurement
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience working in a hospital environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and regulations within ventilation and occupational health
• Experience in energy efficiency and optimization of ventilation systems
• Experience in property systems
