Job Responsibilities

Your tasks with us are varied, and you primarily work to provide service, care, and support for people who cannot manage independently in their daily lives and situations. You work in teams with different professional roles, and all work is based on the individual's needs, possibilities, and wishes. We focus on the healthy and look at possibilities instead of what cannot be done.

Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting in Combine according to the Social Services Act. Your tasks also include administering medication after delegation from a nurse. No day is the same with us, and development occurs all the time, in our work methods and how we use new technology to create a good everyday life for those who need our support and help. The position is full-time, and you will work according to a schedule of days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to make a difference in everyday life – and who is driven by creating safe, qualitative care together with others. You have a genuine interest in people and want to contribute with both commitment and responsibility.

Furthermore, we see that you:

Are a trained nursing assistant or have experience working in care and nursing
Have good digital skills
Can provide proof of grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9

Meritorious:

Have experience in documentation
Are a trained specialist nursing assistant
