The MEP Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects by managing project plans, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and overseeing equipment procurement and installation, This role involves creating and coordinating BlM models to integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, while providing on-site technical support and adapting to project changes as needed. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, the MEP Engineer contributes to every phase of the project life cycle, ensuring that all technical and operational requirements are met.
Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead initial project discussions and develop detailed project plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure the project progresses as planned.
- Select and procure equipment based on project requirements, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Develop and implement production and installation plans, supervising the installation process to meet customer expectations.
- Assist with equipment testing and commissioning to ensure proper functioning and satisfaction of client needs.
- Oversee the creation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) models, coordinating the integration of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Support project teams in executing comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and generating construction drawings using BIM tools.
- Provide on-site technical support and respond to client requests during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients and project engineers to handle design and model changes, ensuring technical requirements are met.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by leadership, including participating in project coordination meetings.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
- Minimum 5 year related work experience
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
- Good on-site construction organizational skills, communication, coordination and management skills
- Good sense of responsibility and good sense of teamwork
