As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for external maintenance at our customers' properties and will be part of a team that manages daily operations. In addition to handling reports of issues, residents and customers can request minor services related to their outdoor environment. Ongoing communication with residents, customers, and contractors is therefore an essential part of the job. You will also handle the procurement of consumables and maintenance of your own work equipment.

The position of property caretaker is a varied and independent job with your own responsibility. Your daily tasks include:

• Managing daily tasks according to an agreement
• Maintenance of green areas and residential yards
• Standard corrective maintenance following reports of issues
• Handling daily customer contacts

You will work on a mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own. You will plan your workday together with your colleagues and your team leader.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to see and meet our customers' needs. We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to plan your work effectively.

Knowledge and education in green space maintenance and gardening are advantageous but not required, as most of the work takes place outdoors during the growing season. Since we work with machines and motor-driven gardening tools, it is beneficial if you have previous experience with machinery.

A computer and mobile phone are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, so we expect you to have some computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is advantageous, and you should be able to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

The position is a seasonal employment from June to August, based in Luleå, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
