About the position We are looking for an Interim Manager for a government agency in Norrköping! You will be part of the GT-Ekonomi unit and report to the unit manager. The unit currently consists of about 30 employees divided into an accounting group, a controller group, and another grouping that supports a specific part of LFV.

You will have overall responsibility for the accounting work in the group, from quality assurance to reporting, while driving change and development with a focus on digitization and increased automation. The assignment also involves having an important role in the agency's work with procurement and implementation of business systems.

You will also have a task to review existing processes. The agency is currently dependent on specific individuals in certain roles within accounting, which means that the focus will be on understanding, simplifying, and clarifying tasks as well as finding alternative solutions. You should support the unit with the development and clarification of roles and create a good distribution of work and continuity in case of absences and illness. You need to be experienced and well-versed in both accounting and the public sector.

The consultant will primarily work with, but not limited to: - Leading and distributing the daily work within the accounting group. - Process development and quality assurance – leading the work to streamline and modernize accounting processes, focusing on simplification, digitization, automation, and AI support. - Participating in the change of business systems. The agency is facing a change of business systems that will provide opportunities for further automation and efficiency within the accounting area.

The position of Interim Manager is a consulting assignment at 80–100% starting immediately as agreed and is expected to last until January 31, 2027. There is a possibility of extension.

There is an opportunity for remote work, but it must be adapted to the needs of the assignment. Remote work will be agreed upon with the agency.

• Academic degree in economics or other experience deemed equivalent by the agency. • At least three (3) years of experience in qualified accounting tasks within the public sector. • Experience in change management. • Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written. • Have very good social and communicative skills to independently build trusting relationships, adapt communication to different stakeholders, and effectively collaborate in complex situations. • Be able to provide a reference assignment with work of a similar nature performed in the last three (3) years where the following information is requested: - Contact details, Name, email, and phone number of the reference - Brief information about the client - When the assignment/employment was performed.

- At least five (5) years of experience in having personnel responsibility as a manager.
