Description

Länsmansgården is a special accommodation with 4 departments for elderly individuals with various disabilities/illnesses and dementia diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant/personal support worker with us, you will work person-centered, providing care and support based on individual needs, as well as performing activities to create a meaningful everyday life. You will also carry out health and medical tasks under the delegation of a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. You will be the contact person for one or more individuals, acting as a link between relatives and residents, as well as establishing implementation plans. Daily documentation in Pulsen Combine, planning with the workgroup, and reporting to colleagues/nurses are part of the job.

We use Time Care MultiAccess as a scheduling tool.

Care education or other training/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. You should be empathetic, flexible, solution-oriented, and responsible, and work well in a team. You believe that all people have equal value and should be treated with respect.

Since Swedish is the common working language at the workplace, you need to master the language, both orally and in writing, at the level required by the tasks. Conditions

The current position involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. The position is located at Länsmansgården A, but collaboration between departments occurs. For employment, a criminal record extract (in a sealed envelope) is required. Start date by agreement.
