To give you the best opportunities to succeed in the role, you will be offered well-functioning support from our HR and finance functions as well as other specialists. The operations manager is directly subordinate to the director of labor market and education and is part of the management group within the administration.

As a person, you are a secure leader who creates trusting relationships at all levels of the organization. Through a relationship-building and trust-based approach, you lead the operations through other leaders and create conditions for decisions to be made as close to the operations as possible. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to handle complex issues with a holistic perspective, while driving development and renewal with courage and clarity. With your good leadership skills, you create structure, direction, and engagement, even in change processes, and see learning as a natural part of both successes and challenges.
Welcome to be part of creating an operation where quality, courage, and trust go hand in hand - with the heart for every child.
