We are primarily looking for those with extensive work experience.

We are now seeking experienced gardeners or garden caretakers with a solid background in gardening. You have several years of practical experience in the care and maintenance of gardens and feel confident working independently. It is an advantage if you have relevant education in gardening as well as certification in tree pruning. In this role, you will primarily work at our private customers' locations where you will be responsible for various types of gardening tasks, such as maintenance, planting, pruning, and general upkeep. An important part of the job is also to provide customers with advice and guidance on how to best care for their gardens.

We are looking for someone who is social, service-oriented, and enjoys meeting people. You like to share your knowledge and contribute to ensuring that our customers feel secure and satisfied with the help they receive. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a genuine interest in gardening and plants.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a senior and wants to continue contributing with your engagement

• Has extensive work experience as a gardener/garden caretaker

• Has an interest in gardening and enjoys being outdoors

• Has a good attitude and the willingness to do a good job, and is service-oriented

• Has a driver's license and access to a car (with a towbar/trailer is a plus)

• Has basic computer skills (e.g., for time reporting) and is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing
