Jain Trädgård AB is growing and is now looking for a Team Leader.

We care for, maintain, and manage municipalities' parks and green areas, residential associations, schools, and preschools.

We are a team consisting of park workers, landscape workers, group leaders/team leaders, supervisors, and a CEO who are committed to creating pleasant and safe green environments. We prioritize a good and safe working environment.

As a gardener , you will plan, develop, and lead the work for your group.

Your responsibilities include planning tasks to be performed at the sites, meeting both new and existing customers. You will guide our contractors and staff, participate in operational meetings, respond to incoming feedback and reports of issues, and work outdoors on various tasks.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals with post-secondary education in green professions such as gardener, landscape engineer, or similar, as well as good computer skills. You should have knowledge of practical gardening and experience with similar tasks within a municipality or authority, along with documented experience in project and work management. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. A driver's license (B) is mandatory.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities, where we seek someone with strong drive and the ability to work independently. You collaborate well with your workgroup, contractors, and other colleagues and contribute to a positive work climate.
