A job close to life and death

In your role, you build trust and confidence with our customers and are the guide in a time that is filled with grief and uncertainty for many. Working with funerals is varied, eventful, and requires a good understanding of people's different needs.

Some of the tasks as a transporter and ceremony host include:

• Acting as a representative in churches and chapels during ceremonies, which means overall responsibility for ensuring that the ceremony meets the customer's order satisfactorily
• Handling the deceased in preparation for the ceremony
• Performing pickups of the deceased in private homes and care facilities
• Assisting our customers during personal farewells

For our customer area Medelpad, with offices in Sundsvall, Timrå, Fränsta, and Ånge, we are looking for a colleague who will be based at the Sundsvall office.

In our customer area, we work as a team and help each other, which means you will have the opportunity to work throughout Medelpad. The position is a full-time temporary position with a desired start in May and lasting until August 31, with a possible extension.

The position also includes on-call duty outside of office hours.

What you bring with you

• Driver's license B, access to your own car, and preferably good driving experience with larger vehicles
• Good physical condition as heavy lifting is part of the job
• Experience working with a customer focus
• Good administrative skills and familiarity with various business systems as well as the Office suite
• Experience working with different cultures
