Solatum Hus&Hem AB is owned by Sollefteå municipality and is a public housing company. The company's business idea is to provide safe housing and suitable premises, all in a pleasant environment. The company has over 1100 apartments and manages the municipality's properties such as schools, preschools, fire stations, etc. The company has about 75 employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker at Solatum Hus&Hem AB, you will work closely with the customer. This means that you will be responsible for receiving and quickly handling reports of issues from customers. The work is varied with personal contacts with our tenants and business customers.

You will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance of properties and will be part of a team in the Western area, which includes Ramsele, Edsele, Junsele, and Näsåker. Your base will be in Ramsele.

Your tasks will include supervision of buildings and yards, performing maintenance actions and minor property repairs, handling reports of issues, snow removal, and ice prevention at entrances. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

On-call duty is included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs and who wants to help create a good living and working environment for our customers. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work efficiently. Knowledge of appliances, heating and ventilation systems, sanitation, electrical safety, lighting installations, alarms, and access control systems is an advantage.

We want you to have vocational training focused on property maintenance or relevant work experience. Experience from trades such as carpentry, electrical work, and/or plumbing is also an advantage.

A driver's license is required. Since we use modern IT support in our operations, maintenance, and management of properties, we want you to have good computer skills. It is a plus if you can handle mobile issue management systems.
