We are now looking for a traveling service technician for Speed Box – an exciting and growing company that offers modern and digital storage solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to develop in a broad and practical role with both service, installations, and customer contact.

About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 3 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Speed Box.

💼 Job Responsibilities

As a service technician at Speed Box, you will have a broad and practical role where you work with installations, service, and customer contact. You will prepare and install the boxes on-site, ensure they function as they should, and train property owners or site managers in their use. The role also involves ongoing service and troubleshooting, as well as handling urgent matters when operational disruptions occur.

The work involves close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners, and you will be an important link between technology, logistics, and the customer. Travel within the Nordic region occurs regularly.

Overall responsibilities:

• Install and service Speed Box storage solutions on-site at customers.

• Prepare materials and equipment for assignments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain ongoing contact with partners and property owners.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed secondary education.

• Has a strong technical interest.

• Holds a valid driver's license (B).

• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in installation, property technology, technical service work, or similar is an advantage.

Start: Immediately Location: Based from the office in Tyresö. Travel within the Nordic region is included Salary: According to agreement.
