Job Description

Your mission is to coordinate the security work at SiS LVM Home Rällsögården. You will work operationally with security-related issues such as risk and security assessments. Your tasks will include coordinating planning, implementation, and follow-up of security work at the institution. You will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of routines, instructions, and action plans within the security area. One of your key tasks will be to coordinate the institution's incident reporting (ISAP). The responsibility includes quality assurance and assessment of reports, distribution to incident handlers, and follow-up.

Your role will involve supporting the institution manager with situational reports from the incident reporting system. You will also be responsible for coordinating the drug prevention work at the institution, leading the institution's information security work, and acting as a contact person for intelligence information from the authorities' intelligence operators. As a security coordinator, you will be engaged in introductions, training, and exercises within the security area.

Qualifications

You take responsibility for your tasks and have a good ability to collaborate. Your analytical skills and pedagogical approach enable you to handle complex issues in a structured manner. You have a positive attitude towards development, both for yourself and your colleagues. You have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing and are happy to share your knowledge. Personal suitability is an important factor in the selection process.

The position may become security classified.

• We are looking for someone with an education in the security field or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• A driver's license is a requirement as travel is included in the position.

Meritorious

• Experience in security work and handling incidents and serious events.
• Practical experience in areas such as exercises, training, and risk and security assessments.
• Experience in physical security work.
• Experience working within SiS or the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.

Employment

The position is a full-time temporary position for approximately 2 years. Start date will be agreed upon.
