The role of restaurant assistant

As a restaurant assistant with us, you are an important link in the team. Your day-to-day work is varied, and the pace is often high, especially during lunch and dinner rush hours.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in preparation: You help our chefs with the preparation and cooking of sushi.
• 
  
• Quality assurance: You are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant environment is clean and inviting (dish collection, cleaning, and dish management).
• 
  
• Teamwork: You work closely with your colleagues to create a smooth workflow.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in cooking and thrives in a social environment.

Requirements for the position:

• At least 6 months of work experience in the Japanese kitchen.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge or experience in sushi preparation.
