About the position

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our industrial properties. You will work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision and maintenance of buildings and premises
• Repairs and minor maintenance work
• Maintenance of technical installations (ventilation, heating, lighting, etc.)
• Outdoor maintenance such as snow removal, ice prevention, and landscaping
• Contact with contractors and service companies
• Preventive maintenance and reporting of issues

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, industrial maintenance, or similar work
• Practical technical skills
• Driver's license (B) required
• Ability to work independently
• Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in plumbing and electrical work (no certification required)
• Experience in ventilation
• Forklift license or lift training
• Hot work certification
