Team Leader at Sodexo

We are now looking for a driven, service-oriented, and engaged team leader for one of our largest assignments in healthcare in the Stockholm area, at Södersjukhuset. In this role, you will have a central position where you contribute to patient safety by ensuring cleaning of the highest standard. With increased responsibility, you will have the opportunity to act as site manager if needed, thus also taking overall responsibility for the assignment. You will lead the operations forward with a focus on the right delivery, motivated colleagues, and first-class service.
You will truly help create a safe and hygienic environment for both patients and healthcare staff – work that really makes a difference every day.
What you will work with:
- Overall responsibility for operations within your team leader area
- Lead and distribute work for teams of 30-35 people
- Responsible for deep cleaning and floor care
- Accountable for results, personnel, and development of the operations
- Ensure that the customer receives the agreed quality
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues
We are looking for someone who has:
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience working in a hospital in a leadership role or as an assistant site manager for at least 3-5 years.
- Training in leadership or other management
- Experience in performing or training in areas such as surgical cleaning, infection cleaning, etc.
- Strong computer skills and good experience working in administrative systems
- Pryl, SRY, or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and a strong customer and operational focus
- Drive and determination as well as the ability to develop both employees and operations
- Very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Insta 800, level 3, and Danish hygiene standards are advantageous
About the position
Scope: Full-time, weekdays and weekends according to schedule
Employment form: Permanent employment (probationary period applies)
Start date: By agreement
