At Sala Silvergruva, the service value is very important for our guests' experience. You are often the first to meet our visitors when they arrive at the site, and with a professional and warm welcome, you set the tone for their entire stay. You welcome, assist, serve, inform, and ensure that everything around you is pleasant and well-organized. With energy, initiative, and a sense of service, you contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience from the very first moment at Sala Silvergruva.

• Deliver world-class hospitality: You greet our guests in the best possible way, every day and in all situations.

• Sales: You are involved in the sale of food, snacks, ice cream, souvenirs, and tickets.

• Food and snack preparations: You assist with simple preparations, such as setting up snacks for display or preparing hearty sandwiches and serving ice cream.

• Serve and maintain order: You serve food and snacks, clear away, and handle dishes to maintain a clean and inviting environment.

• Guest information: You work from a central location on the site and are often the one who conveys practical information and answers our guests' questions.

• Conferences and special events: You participate in conferences and special events, such as themed dinners, serving in the mine, and other events.

• Accommodation: You serve breakfast and assist with cleaning in our hostel and other areas on the site as needed.

The work is physical and involves being active for large parts of the workday, sometimes at different workstations. Working hours are scheduled over all days of the week and include weekend work, and evening work may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

has a genuine interest in people and service and enjoys working in a unique environment where no day is the same. You are attentive, proactive, and solution-oriented, helping where needed to ensure that work flows smoothly, even when the pace is high.

You are curious and engaged and want to help convey a complete experience with the unique feeling and history surrounding Sala Silvergruva for our guests.

Experience in service or serving is an advantage but not a requirement. An interest in the history of Sala Silvergruva is a plus as we receive questions from visitors about the area. We place great emphasis on your personality, your sense of service, and your willingness to learn new skills and tasks.

You move between different work areas, work both indoors and outdoors, and need to enjoy an active and physical job.

About the position:

• The position is for the summer season, which extends over June, July, and August, with our greatest need for staff during the period June 15 - August 10. However, the need may vary depending on the position.

• Work before and after the peak season may occur and be scheduled over all days of the week, including evenings, by agreement.

Start date is to be agreed upon.
