We are now looking for a new employee for our store Coop Grebbestad. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas and find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will work with all the tasks that are commonly found in a store, for example;

• Working at the checkout
• Restocking shelves and facing products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and shrinkage
• Conducting self-checks
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 20 hours/week with a start date of March 30 or by agreement. We apply a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• 18 years old as you need to be able to work independently at the checkout
• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions is meritorious
