Here at Ekliden in Kolsva, you will play an important role in one of our departments with a cognitive focus. There are a total of seven departments, four of which are special accommodations for people with cognitive diseases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Work in a team and perform regular care tasks
• Contribute to a meaningful everyday life for the residents
• Document according to applicable legislation
• Be a contact person and be responsible for advocacy roles
• Assist the nurse in assessments and follow-ups by collecting data and performing certain HSL administrative tasks

We work according to a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Education as a care assistant
• Previous experience in care and support work
• Good computer skills and documentation experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Knowledge in Senior Alert, BPSD, and Life Care
• Experience in low-arousal approaches
• Practical experience as a care assistant with cognitive diseases.
